Lawren was born and raised in Moncton.  Acting was always a hobby and, after positive theatre experiences at Moncton High and St. F. X., he attended Ryerson Theatre School in Toronto.  Ten good years in TO was enough, however; Lawren moved back home to Moncton in 2002 with his wife, Lynne Post, and their son, Benson.  With the arrival of a daughter, Ellie in 2005, his plate is always full.  Luckily, he has found time for roles in Hairy Tease’s Send Me No Flowers, The Nerd, Love, Sex and the IRS , The Foreigner, Playing Doctor, Who's Under Where?, Rumors, Time Flies (Mirth and Melancholy) and Pajama Tops.
